LAUNCH OF THE 2010 INTERNATIONAL HUMANITARIAN LAW JOURNAL

This year, in conjunction with the Kenya Red Cross, the board has orchestrated the publication of a thematic journal on International Humanitarian Law (IHL).
The launch of this journal will take place on the 27th of May 2010 at the University of Nairobi, Parklands Campus at Sheria Hall.

The function, which will also incorporate an award-giving ceremony for winners of the IHL essay competition, is expected to begin at 6.00 p.m. We would be honored if you could send representatives to the launch.
Expected guests include notable scholars in the International Humanitarian Law field, contributors to the IHL journal as well as representatives from the ICRC (International Committee of the Red Cross), Kenya Red Cross and the Kenya Human Rights Commission
